The 2025 Council of Western State Foresters (CWSF) and Western Forestry Leadership Coalition (WFLC) Spring Meeting will take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, from Tuesday, May 13, at 8:00 a.m. to Thursday, May 15, at 5:00 p.m.
Details: The meeting is at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown, 110 West 600 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
Agenda: The draft agenda is available on the CWSF and WFLC websites. Please note that it is subject to change and will be updated as needed.
Registration: The registration rate includes meeting attendance, catering for all three days (breakfast, coffee/tea breaks, and lunches), field tour, and registration processing fees.

Cancellations: Cancellations of the total registration amount will be possible until May 2, 2025. After that, someone may be submitted to take your place, but cancellations cannot be processed.
Lodging: Hotel reservations can be made via the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown booking link. The room rate is $142 per night, plus fees and taxes. The room block will end on April 16, 2025. After this date, reservations cannot be guaranteed, and discounted room rates may no longer be available. Our room block is limited; availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Self-parking fee is waived for meeting attendees.
Attire: Business casual for meetings; field attire for the field tour.
