The 2024 Council of Western State Foresters (CWSF) and Western Forestry Leadership Coalition (WFLC) Spring Meeting will take place in Fargo, North Dakota, from Tuesday, May 21, at 8:00 a.m. to Thursday, May 23, at 5:00 p.m.

Meeting Structure:
We will begin the meeting on Tuesday, May 21, at 8:00 a.m. with the full WFLC membership, State Forester associations’ staff and representatives (CWSF/WFLC, NASF, SGSF, and NMSFA), and invited partners. All attendees are invited to attend our reception Tuesday evening.
Following breakfast on Wednesday, May 22, WFLC federal members will meet separately for western USDA Forest Service business, while Western State and Pacific Island Foresters and senior staff, State Forester associations’ staff and representatives, and invited partners meet.
We will conclude the meeting on Thursday, May 23, with the full WFLC membership, State Forester associations’ staff and representatives, and invited partners.
Agenda: Draft agendas are available on the CWSF and the WFLC websites. Please note that agendas are subject to change and will be updated as needed.
Registration: The registration rate includes meeting attendance, catering for all three days (breakfasts, coffee/tea breaks, and lunches), reception on Tuesday evening, and registration processing fees.
Registration is $525.00. Please register by May 3, 2024.
USDA Forest Service participants: Please do not pay the above fees; instead, register under the $0 USDA Forest Service option by May 3, 2024.

Cancellations: Cancellations of the total registration amount will be possible until April 19, 2024. After that, someone may be substituted to take your place, but cancellations cannot be processed. The registration processing fees are nonrefundable.
Lodging: Hotel reservations can be made via the Radisson Blu Fargo booking link. The room rate is $107.00 per night, plus fees and taxes. The room block will end on April 19, 2024. After this date, reservations cannot be guaranteed, and discounted room rates may no longer be available. Our room block is limited; availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is at noon.
Parking: Parking is available on the street and in the parking ramp adjacent to the hotel, and off-site at the Mercantile Garage (2 blocks north of the hotel) or Roberts Commons Garage (2 blocks west of the hotel). All parking downtown is operated by the City of Fargo. Current ramp rates can be found at www.fargoparking.com.
Travel: The closest airport is Hector International Airport (about 10 minutes from the hotel). There is an airport/hotel shuttle service; please contact the Radisson Blu Fargo front desk at (701) 232-7363 to arrange.
